Located in Astoria Queens, The Rock Health & Fitness Club is your Long Island City fitness center & gym.

   We offer you a large selection of free weights, equipment, cardiovascular machines, X Bike and fitness classes, including yoga, cardio dance & mind and body .  We are a 24 hour gym (except Saturday closing at 9 PM and Sunday closing at 8 PM) and we offer free child care for our members' children.

When the doors of The Rock first opened, we promised our members that we would always keep their needs in mind.
