Athletic / Cardiovascular Conditioning

CARDIO BOXING:  A hardcore traditional boxing workout utilizing punches and jump rope to challenge your cardiovascular system.

KICK BOXING:  Same as cardio boxing adding more combinations and kicking moves.

SAN RYU:  A self defense class based on three ancient styles (1) Chinese Go-Ju-Ryu (2) Pencak Silat (3) Samurai Ju-Jitsu.  Learn what to do in the street!

STEP:  A low impact, high energy workout using a step platform.  Designed to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular conditioning.

URBAN REBOUNDING:  The new millennium workout.  The most fun, easy to follow killer cardio workout you will ever take.  This HIGH intensity trampoline workout is 80% less impact on your body.

SPORTS REBOUNDING:  The same great workout as Urban Rebounding but with sport specific moves.  You will train like the pros with intense intervals.

RESISTANCE REBOUNDING:  Continue to challenge your cardiovascular conditioning with the added twist of strength training by adding weights and/or exercise tubing.

BOOT CAMP:  Train harder.  Push yourself to your limit.  This class consists of varioous drills that work on agility, speed, cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning. 

X-BIKE RIDE:  Get a great outdoor, mountain bike workout indoors.  There is nothing like this total body ride to challenge your fitness level.  ALL levels welcome in each class.

BIATHALON:  25 minutes of walking/running at your fitness level on the treadmills followed by a 30 minute X-Bike class, push your cardiovascular fitness like you never did before.

TARGET ZONE:  Are you working at the proper HEART rate to reach your goals.  Find out and burn these extra calories.

CYCLE BURN:  Get the same great cardiovascular workout as any bike class PLUS more with added conditioning.
